Despite the rain, the good mood was there to give a wind of warmth to this 8th edition of the Lille Intercompany Solidarity Race on Thursday, October 5,2017 at Jardin Vauban.

The mission of the association is to offer people living with a mental disability the possibility of blossoming through sport, by participating, according to their desires and abilities, in a sporting meeting.

Imperator has entered two teams of 4 riders among 61 teams from 20 companies. The principle: a relay race of 4 X 2,5 kms.

For the mixed category, the ranking was very tight. 35 teams were taking the start and the Imperator team was able to stand out from the crowd and climb to the top of the podium.

The association raised €40,000 to finance the activities proposed by Special Olympics France for the benefit of the mentally disabled.
